Thomas Doe, First Vice President, Government & Business Contractor Lending

Tom Doe has been a commercial lender for over 25 years, and specializes in loans to government contractors and working capital financing for companies with annual revenues up to $25 million. The Government Contactor Loan product is offered nationally while continuing a vibrant Washington, DC area presence for all Business Loans while celebrating Presidential Bank’s 25th Anniversary.

The Government Contractor loan product is constantly evolving to include both Asset Based Revolvers and short term notes with deferred principal payments for mobilization purposes. Tom is prepared to work through other product structures and he maintains relationships with equity investors and non traditional financing sources as alternative solutions.

Tom’s career spans both east and west coasts having served clients throughout the Mid-west and the Southwest as well. Tom is comfortable serving qualified prospective borrowers throughout the United States and traveling widely to meet with customers. Tom can often be a valuable additional resource for growing businesses, helping them to establish key relationships with legal, accounting and financial advisors in support of expanding needs.

Tom received his BS in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.

Ned Duffy, Vice President, Commercial Loans

Ned has over 30 years of commercial lending experience, financing all types of businesses and commercial real estate. One of Ned’s specialties is financing owner-occupied commercial property. He also handles construction loan packages which convert to permanent loans with our Bank. Ned also serves as the Bank’s Commercial Credit Administration Officer.
