Business Online Banking provides reliable access to account information and the ability to initiate transactions via the internet. You have access to your Presidential accounts anywhere you have access to the internet using a standard web browser.

Features and Services

• My Accounts - provides a summary of Presidential accounts at a glance. Drill down into additional transaction details by selecting an account.

• Transfers - Moves funds between Presidential accounts. Transfers can be scheduled for the current day, a date in the future or on a recurring basis.

• ACH/Wire Payments - An optional payments system enabling approved users the ability to move funds to other institutions. Sending ACHs’ for payroll, initiating a tax payment or wiring funds to pay a vendor are examples of this service. Additional fees apply.

• Stop Payment - Place a stop payment on an individual check or a range of checks (fees may apply).

• Manage Users - Users with administrative authority can add new users, quickly toggle user access on and off, reset passwords and delete users as needed. Administrators have access to all of the options to establish company users, access, and limits.

• Additional Services - Access Historical Statements and Check & Deposit Images. Securely request photocopies of checks or statements, investigation of questionable transactions and online check orders.

• Bill Pay - An optional service allowing businesses to quickly pay bills online. Additional fees apply.

• Contact Us – A secure email link between users and Presidential Bank.

Offering Direct Connect

Easily connect Presidential Business Online Banking to QuickBooks® or Quicken®

Direct Connect makes managing your finances even easier by directly connecting Presidential accounts to Quicken or QuickBooks software.

• No manual data entry – after the initial setup, download all transactions right into QuickBooks or Quicken – instead of typing them individually.

• Automatically reconcile data – Direct Connect data includes complete transaction and balance information so it's easy to categorize and reconcile transactions.

• Easy to use - Direct Connect files may be automatically opened from within Quicken®, which eliminates the need for you to search for files that have been downloaded.

• Eliminate duplicate transactions - Direct Connect incorporates a special transaction-matching algorithm that helps prevent duplicate transactions.

Paperless Statements

Simplify your life! View and print statements and check images online. If you would rather receive paper statements this service can be requested in writing (letter, fax or secure email). Have an authorized account holder provide the following in writing:

• State that you want statements mailed rather than electronic

• Your company name and your name

• The last four numbers for the account number(s) you want mailed

• Contact information (address, telephone# and email address)

• The date correspondence

Remote Deposit Capture

With Presidential Remote Deposit Capture, there’s no need to drive to the bank or to mail checks in for deposit. Save time, personnel, mileage expenses, and eliminate risk. Call to learn more.

Mobile App

View your accounts and activity, transfer between your Presidential accounts, initiate ACH and wire transfers, access card controls via Card Valet®, deposit checks and more using the Mobile App. The app is free and included with Business Banking.
