We are excited to announce the newest addition to our Presidential Bank Mortgage family, John Pruitt. With his impressive background in the mortgage industry and a wealth of leadership experience, John joins our senior management team as the Senior Vice President of Production and Strategic Initiatives. His initial focus will be on spearheading the development of our expansion into the Southeast and we couldn't be more excited about the level of expertise he brings to our organization.
 

John comes to us with a remarkable track record, having held key leadership positions as the Regional Manager for SunTrust Mortgage in the Carolinas and Georgia, as well as the Director of Mortgage Lending for Fidelity Bank Atlanta. Under his direction, both SunTrust and Fidelity secured the number one market share rankings in Georgia. His accomplishments also extend beyond the corporate world, as he served on advisory boards for Fannie Mae and The Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, as well as multiple non-profits dedicated to homeownership and financial well-being.
 

Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, John’s understanding of the importance of family and community resonates deeply with our values here at Presidential Bank Mortgage. He is happily married to his wife Denise and a proud father to his daughter, Anna. John's educational background includes a BA in Economics and Business from Randolph Macon College. Besides his passion for the mortgage industry, he is also an avid golfer and outdoors enthusiast who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
